A. Agreement Between the User and Rolandia Bespoke

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Rolandia Bespoke, a division of Rolandia Travel, headquartered at Petre Andrei Street No. 4B, 2nd Floor, Iași, Romania. Registered in the Romanian Trade Register under No. J22/1958/2012, Fiscal Code 37582072.

B. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using our website or booking our services through any means (online, email, or telephone), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

C. Services Provided by Rolandia Bespoke

Rolandia Bespoke provides tailor-made, multi-day tours in Romania, designed according to your specific preferences and interests.

D. Use of the Website

Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You are financially responsible for all transactions made under your name or account.
• You will use the website to make legitimate inquiries or bookings for yourself or others for whom you are legally authorized to act.

Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Access, monitor, or copy any content using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means without our express written permission.
• Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access.

E. Booking Policy

Booking Process

Any booking made through our website, email, or telephone will be considered an offer by you to purchase our services. A contract will exist once we accept your booking and confirm it in writing.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking within 48 hours. In the event that a service is unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives.

F. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit of 15% of the total tour cost is required within 7 days of confirming your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 85% is due at least 30 days before the tour start date.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

G. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at bespoke@rolandia.eu. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit (15% of total cost).
• Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total cost.

Cancellation by Rolandia Bespoke

We reserve the right to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, we will offer you an alternative tour or a full refund.

H. Changes to Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

I. Travel Documentation

Upon receipt of full payment, we will provide all necessary travel documents within 48 hours.

J. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide immediately so we can address the issue promptly. Any further complaints should be submitted in writing to info@rolandia.eu within 20 days of the tour completion.

K. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation.

L. Liability

Rolandia Bespoke is not liable for any indirect losses or damages. Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

M. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

N. Intellectual Property Rights

All content* on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rolandia Bespoke or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
